Describe the solution you'd like Admin able to paste picture in Announcement

Steps to see where the enhancement is located:

  1. click TBIi ticketing system under queues
  2. see the announcement board

This is to validate the enhancements regarding the addition/ Uploading of a photo in the announcements board. The ticket is marked as closed.
