pay date must fall exactly every on the 15th and 30th of the month

This issue has been resolved. Kindly validate if changes are reflected on DENR EMB-NCR's Kodanda system as well. Thank you!

START DATE END DATE/CUT OFF RELEASED DATE 25 10 15 11 26 31

In case the pay date falls in holiday or saturday and sunday, the earliest working day is the released date
