I tried applying for a leave with ending balance of 31.28 and applied again the same date for 2 days VL and the ending balance showed 30.78. I think their is a discrepancy in the leave computation

Hi ms. Honey good afternoon po, ma'am question lang po, nong nag apply po ba kayo ng VL pag ka apply ninyo po nabawasan agad yung VL credits ninyo? or pag ka approve palang po ni approver saka palang nabawasan?
