Disable MRM Cancellation #235

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Some of the FICOs that we use do not have GRN reversal (in relation to integration of eGRN to our Procurement system). So that there will be no errors during the integration due to MRM Cancellation, we would like to request for MRM Cancellation function be disabled for now.

Describe the solution you'd like Disable MRM Cancellation function.

Additional context Feature will not be removed altogether as we still have some FICOs that caters GR reversal so MRM Cancellation is still possible.
