Transfer Warehouse listing in Storage Location to Forwarder List

Describe the solution you'd like As requested by SCM upper management, it was determined that Storage Location should be the project location only. We are requesting to make the necessary changes:

1. In Storage Location, only data to be encoded is Project Site data. With this, warehouse-related fields will be transferred to Forwarder List since some of our forwarders also offer warehousing services: Forwarder, Location Type, and Packing Type.
2. "Forwarder List" will be renamed to "Forwarder/Warehouse List". All other page headers and buttons should be renamed accordingly.
3. Data of "Location Type" dropdown will now be 3rd Party Warehouse, Filinvest-Owned Warehouse, Temporary Warehouse, and Forwarder.
4. Instead of just a dropdown field, "Location Type" should be a multi-select dropdown field instead to take into account the forwarders who we also deal with for warehousing.
5. "Forwarder" will be made available if "Location Type" value chosen is 3rd Party Warehouse. All available forwarders entered should be available. If it is a new entry (not existing in the database, system should be able to save the data indicating the new forwarder/warehouse instead of user having to enter the forwarder data first then encoding warehouse data next.
6. Change requested for Packing Type field should be placed in Forwarder List instead (please see ticket #228).
7. Admin should still be able to assign user to the warehouse.
8. If an entry is both a forwarder and warehouse, different users may be assigned. System should enable admin to assign user to forwarder and then to warehouse.
