There's an "Add remarks" & " add photo" buttons in the profile of Logistics Head & Logistics Coordinators but when the user tried to input some remarks & Upload a photo, changes were added to the first Receivers or to the next stop.

These buttons should also be available for logistics and not for receivers only.
