Describe the bug Trade and Industry Drop Down Selection

Expected behavior Change Trade free text field into dropdown. Industry field is currently dropdown.

@VCI-Jojo Noted, we already have the list provided by HRIS team. We're just validating on how we will process the additions recommended by our Supply Agreement and Sourcing Team.

@VCI-Jojo Please see final list of Industry values for upload. Industry will be multi-select dropdown field while Trade will be multiple entry field (i.e. Product Category and Product Tags). Industry 07172020.xlsx
