Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Data Privacy Notice to be placed at the start of the application process.

Describe the solution you'd like Suggestion is that this will be included in the email sent to vendors. Vendor will click link to show the notice. If they agree (by clicking radio button), then system will allow them to proceed with the application.

@VCI-Jojo This will be included in the Terms & Conditions (#114) to be provided.

Process will be is that instead this being the final step of the application process, this will be included in the email invite. If vendor agrees, they will be able to access the application form.

@VCI-Jojo Please see Privacy Policy used by CTI for the systems as reference. As advised by our legal team, SAT needs to confirm if Privacy Policy will be tweaked specifically for PASS. image https://filinvest.com/privacy-policy

@VCI-Jojo We will be using the Privacy Policy mentioned above. No changes will be made. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this.

Data Privacy Notice has been included in the system. It will appear when a vendor enters the system, after they reset their password. If vendor agrees, they will be able to proceed to the application form. However, the NDA and NGP are not yet removed. image
