Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. What is the standard size and file type of uploads (PDF)

Describe the solution you'd like System will implement a maximum file size and standard file types for document uploads.

@HannahCastro As discussed during our last meeting, may we get the average file size of documents sent to your by vendors and file types. Thank you.

@VCI-Jojo File types allowed are PDF, excel files, JPEG or PNG. For maximum file size, documents uploaded should not exceed 20MB per file upload.

Not yet resolved. System prompted error when file uploaded was more than 20MB, but didn't prompt error when file type uploaded was docx, exe, and txt. image image

System prompted error when file uploaded is more than 20MB. PDFs, excel, jpg, and png files are accepted by the system. But zip files, docs, and exe files are accepted as well. When zip files are uploaded then downloaded, it results to an error.
