Rename TIN field in Vendor Application Form #147

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For Philippine vendors, we have TIN. For foreign vendors, there is a similar number that can be provided to add an extra measure to ensure uniqueness of data.

Describe the solution you'd like Field will be renamed to "Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)/Business Registration Number".

Local application form = Tax Identification Number (TIN); International application form = Business Registration Number.

Field has been renamed. It is named as Tax Identification Number field for local and Business Registration Number for foreign. This is for closing.
