Bulk Upload of Vendor Database

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Since we will have a bulk upload of the vendor database, we need an easier way to not just upload vendor information but also to upload documents.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Scheduled upload of vendor database (ex. 250 vendors will be endorsed for upload each week).
2. Upload will include vendor information and documents
3. Vendor status will be incorporated. Vendors will be tagged either as "Ongoing Assessment" or "Accredited" so as to match the appropriate step in PASS. If vendor is tagged as "Ongoing Assessment", it will be for processing of SAT Reviewer.

Additional context Please let us know if there is anything we need to add in the template we are fixing for the vendor database upload and if we need a certain naming convention for the files. You may refer to the attached file for reference. Please note that this is not the final template as Supplier Accreditation is still working on fixing the template (to match PASS field requirements) and cleaning up the data. As of March 31, 2020: Please see comments for ticket nos. #148, #149 and #150. For the uploaded vendors, documents are not included. Uploaded accredited vendors don't have vendor codes.
