Add text instructions for other documents that can be submitted

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There are quite a number of other documents that can be submitted but are only available for a specific trade, industry or business type. If we request for specific file uploads for those, it will to document each one and PASS will look cluttered.

Describe the solution you'd like Since we have requested for multiple uploads (ticket #30 and #37), we want to have a text instruction that states all the other documents that a vendor can submit (list of documents will be submitted once finalized; you may refer to the attachment for our initial list). We will tag the documents accordingly on where they should be placed (i.e. Financial, Government). Text will say "Please see list of additional documents that can be submitted" followed by the documents.

To add, text instruction will be included in the Government/Business Legitimacy tab. We will be using the multiple upload field requested for Business Permits/Registration (#30). Please see sample (attached below) of how it should look like and the updated file (Sheet 2) for how the documents will be listed. Additional documents can be seen in the Business Permits/Registration upload field but not all the documents are shown in the text instructions. Please see the attached file above for the full list. If not possible to show full list, please provide recommendation on how we can inform vendors for the other documents they can provide.
