Separate "Partnership and Corporation" under Type of Business Organization in Government tab of Vendor Application

"Partnership and Corporation" must be separated under Type of Organization in Government tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Vendor Application, fill out the Company Information & Financial
2. Proceed to Government Tab
3. Scroll down to Type of Business Organization
4. Look for the value under type of Business Organization

Expected behavior Shall separate "Partnership and Corporation" in Government tab under Type of Business Organization. Three values will be created, these are: Partnership: Corporation: Sole Proprietorship:
