What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  配置memcached sasl 为cram-md5
2.  客户端连接
3.  抛出异常

代码查看，是协议处理有BUG

你是否用的是二进制协议？ 
SASL验证只支持二进制协议，具体看文档

是二进制协议，bug在于xmemcached没有处理auth_step返回码

请提供memecached和xmemcached的具体版本吧，因为这块过去是测试
过的，我再验证看看。
