[Bug]: Won't detect local mods for Portable Ryujinx installation #47

Describe the bug

1. When selecting the local mod folder for TOTK, the error message of could not fetch local mods appears

Reproduction steps

1. Use a portable installation of Ryujinx
2. Have a mod folder with mods inside of it for TOTK
3. Attempt to select the folder (ex: C:\Ryujinx\portable\mods\contents\0100f2c0115b6000)
4. Get the error message "Could not fetch local mods"

The folder to select is the Ryujinx folder, not the mod folder
