Check what options are there for a ci/cd pipeline and decide on one

A pipeline in its early stage should at least do:

• build docker image from docker file or docker compose
• push docker image to docker registry
• investigate into incorporating quality gates such as spotbugs

You should look into github actions and this: Build & push docker images
