Coordinate system zero- or one-based? #111

Hi Manu,

I think I asked you already twice at least about this. Are the coordinate of vast-tools AND vastDB zero-based or 1-based?

Asking here, since I couldn't find it in the documentation and in the future I'll have this info saved :)

They are all 1-based.
