Confusing numbering in ALTD/ALTA events #119

Hi there,

I just noticed now that (at least in the human database), there are ALTD and ALTA events in which the sub-numbering is inconsistent, for example:

HsaALTD0002958-4/5 HsaALTD0002958-1/4 HsaALTD0002958-2/4 HsaALTD0002958-3/4 HsaALTD0002958-4/4

It looks like perhaps 4/5 was added later, but this makes the numbering for these events problematic for downstream applications. This is in the current version.

Thanks, Ulrich. It seems like a weird bug in the assignment of IDs from previous version (hg19), possibly due to the liftOver step during vast-tools construction. I'll look into it.

Thanks! I found 38 such events (where 'event' is the group of alternative sites belonging together) in the hg38 annotation and 17 in mm10.
