added responisve design to css #30

-Changed CSS to make the footer stay at the bottom -Added a section in HTML to be able to use flexbox since I'm not too familiar with grid so that the cube doesn't overlap the table

Changed the position of the seq to be more responsive

Apologies for the delay. These changes are not resolving the issue and are affecting the overall layout of the site. Nonetheless, thank you for taking out time to contribute to the project!
