Underscore is not allowed in CSS class names and ids #25

Otherwise you will get errors/warnings with some browsers and CSS validators.

I just read http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/types.html#h-6.2 and it seems to me that 
IDs
are allowed underscores. No?

http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS21/syndata.html#characters also seems to state that
underscores are allowed.
