This is still a issue on servers with plugins that slay team killers. There
must be something we can do to not make it look like a team kill?
Obviously, in the moment the last zombie/human is killed they're on different
teams, but once the round is over the teams are balanced. This might be a
priority issue where the team balancing should be delayed a bit.
