Reordered and re-added methods in DispatchWindow.cs, EditorWindow.cs, PDCWindow.cs, and SetupWindow.cs for better organization. Removed unused using directives in HistoryWindow.cs and SetupWindow.cs. Fixed visual bug on EditorWindow.cs
