Added AutoCompleteMode and AutoCompleteSource to text boxes.
Implemented TextChanged event handlers to convert text to uppercase.
Adjusted Location properties of various text boxes.
Added a timer in DebugWindow to update auto-complete sources.
Updated auto-complete source values for tbx_type.
Added checks in EditorWindow to prevent sending empty messages.
Updated btn_send text and adjusted its size and position.
Increased sizes of controls in QuickFillWindow.
Added auto-complete source updates for tbx_freetext in QuickFillWindow.
Corrected conditional logic in QuickFillWindow.
Added PercentageValue property to scroll bars.
Updated client size of QuickFillWindow.
