Bug Description The Accept, Unable window allows multiple to appear if you click the message multiple times

Reproduction Steps Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the Dispatch window
  2. Click on a message requesting logon a few times
  3. You will see a bug

Expected behaviour Only one should be allowed to open per callsign.
