This PR adds the YMML disconnect points to the maps dropdown.

Thanks for the proposal Liesel. Unfortunately, as I'm sure you appreciate, I have to take a big picture view on what we include in our AIS data weighing up the effort to maintain verses the value provided to our controllers. In this instance, I'm struggling to see the value this information provides to our controllers. They have no way to controlling how a pilot pushes back and that will vary depending on the sim addons. Extracting and maintaining this information for all primary airports from the source data is also a large task, outweighing any benefit it may provide to our controllers.
