TMA Cap Volumes #6

There appears to be no volumes of airspace allocated above the TMA volumes. Sector crossing calculations may be unpredictable for overflights

Wasn't aware of the requirement. I'll update.

I'm in the process of refactoring the sector calculations to improve performance and noticed. In the screenshot, ELW does not get notified of the flight even though it's probably their airspace. Not a big deal.

Jake, no problems. I've updated the airspace above all TMAs except for the RAAF TCUs and pushed to 2012draft

Can you please check.
