Updating of Ardmore Procedures due to WI/SY removal. #79

This is a part of the wider changes as promulgated in AIC 25 MAR 21. This is also related to the withdrawal of the Waiuku (WI) and Surrey (SY) NDBs, see Issues #77 and #78.

The worklists only apply to changes that can be reflected in the Dataset. Changes such as amendments to IAFs or holds are not modelled in our Dataset.

For most of these, we have to wait until the new plates are released to have a visual confirmation of the new procedures.

[ ] NZAR RNAV (GNSS) R RWY 21 New initial segment to the north of ORERE.
[ ] NZAR AD 2-62.1 SID RWY 03, AD2-62.1 SID RWY 21, AD2-62.3 SID RWY 03/21 Procedures deleted (with a conventional SID to replace these three).

Issue no longer necessary due to the withdrawal of subject NDB being put on hold.
