VOR/NDB/Aerodromes are shown on SkyLine as hollow triangles.

[x] VOR/NDB symbols to be changed to hollow triangles.
[x] Aerodrome symbols to be changed to hollow triangles.
[x] Aerodrome labels to be added as an additional Map layer
[x] VOR/NDB labels to be added as an additonal Map layer
