recreated the rtcc chart inside vatsys using qgis, skyvector & xp10 simbrief export at ~12° resolution. airac 2010 chart from https://www.niuskypacific.com.pg/aip-flight-supplements/

Thanks for doing this. I'll merge it and change the colour to our standard for RTCC.
