If we wish to attract users we need an attractive, functional and well
documented site which can inform them about what the project is trying to
do whilst telling them what they can do to help (after all, we cannot do
this without them). It should also provide forums which allow them to
discuss issues and request features (I know the bugtracker is really the
place for that but it is not friendly enough for the end user). We should
use wordpress as the base of this as it provides a scalable platform and
its layout allows the content to be driven by the progression of the project.
