While attempting to reopen a document which is open -> 'Load Copy' option non-functioning #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a document ('File' -> 'Open' -> pick file...)
2. Attempt to reopen the same document 
3. Select 'Load Copy' from list from modal options dialog box.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Would expect a new copy of the same document to open, but a blank document
is provided instead.
