Fill color tool -> gradient profile button non-functional #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Add a gradient fill to an object.
2. Click on the gradient profile button.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The 'gradient profile button' produces a dialogue, which is used to control
the rate of fading within the gradient. 

The button is currently non-functional, and does not produce the expected
dialogue on screen.

Possibly another problem associated with the transition to wxwidgets 2.8.x

N/B: The expected function of this button can be seen by creating a
transparency gradient; and selecting the same button.
