Consolidation of folders in home folder #4

All of the folders which Xarino creates in the home folder should be merged
into one (.xarino)

The current folders created are:
- $HOME/.XARA-XTREME-WX-xaralx-$USER  - File, contains PID
- $HOME/.XARA-XTREME-WX-xaralx-$USER.ipc - Socket
- $HOME/.XaraLXFilters/ - Directory
- $HOME/.xaralx/ - Directory, containing preferences

This should be quite easy to fix

We should use the freedesktop configuration specification for this instead of 
just
dumping everything in .xarino

does this mean we are looking at using the "xarino" name tag entirely?
I only ask because, if we were to maintain the name of "xaralx" we may have the
potential of seeing some of the more recent code from xara extreme (win version)
ported over for us to merge into the application, at some point.
I am not so sure the potential will be there under the title of xarino.

No decision has been firmly made on that, I was just updating an old Xarino 
bug. I
don't really mind - if Xara want to take it up they can always have a commercial
version (like chrome and chromium or openoffice and star office) but I doubt the
likelyhood of that in any case.
