Code exists that will re-fetch old tiles, but there is not yet a user
interface for choosing a "stale age" after which a fresher copy of the tile
should be fetched. The default behavior without an age is to keep cached
tiles forever and never try to fetch a new copy unless the user
specifically asks for a fresh copy of a particular tile (available via
right-click context menu in Desktop and "Refresh On Click" option in Mobile.
