Add an option to watch user-specified folder(s) where newly taken photos
are automatically saved by the camera application and add a geotag to
photos when they appear.
This is a desirable feature because:
Some camera phones do not do this automatically
Some implementations are hidden by a registry key
Some are inaccurate (rounding to nearest second of lat/lon)
Some make the user wait for a GPS fix before allowing a photo to be taken
Some are unable to fall back on cell location when GPS is not available
