Supporting PXE boot with the xenorchestra_vm resource #154

The Xen Orchestra UI allows users to PXE boot their VMs. This is currently not possible with the current xenorchestra_vm resource and should be supported.

This was discussed in discord.

This will be released in v0.20.0 of the provider.
