This is to address #76 and #56 in addition to adding more test cases for network / VIF functionality on VMs.

~[ ] Implement state migration so that when user's upgrade to this new version the terraform state file is converted from a set to a list~. State migration isn't necessary for TypeSet => TypeList change
[x] Add test that can attach a disconnected VIF
[x] Add test that can detach a connected VIF
[x] Add test that shows VIFs can be created and removed
