Hi,
What's your hypervisor underneath? XCP-ng or XenServer, and which version?
Xcp-ng 7.6

Okay, so we are aware of this behaviour, happening since 7.5 (how the tools are presenter to the API and how to "parse" that info).

@devinacosta a workaround consists to modify anything of the VM (tag, name whatever) or disconnect/reconnect the pool, until we fix it.
So I installed Xen Orchestra yesterday activated the premium version. I got a VM (centos 7) installed, installed the tools. Then i powered off the instance and cloned it.
When I power on the VM it fails to get the IP address unless i disconnect and reconnect the status on the VIF. See the screenshots below.
What is strange is c7-template was the 1st VM i created and installed the tools. So seems if i just power off the VM and then power it back on, even after waiting some time, unless i click the connected and re-connect under Network it won't get the IP.
