Implement ability to take memory snapshots #3795

Context

Expected behavior

It would be nice to have option to make memory snapshots just as you can do that in XenCenter, that is while making snapshot you can check "snapshot disk and memory" which results in a memory snapshot.

When you revert to memory snapshot, your VM is resumed to point where it was snapped, with all processes running. Especially useful for some very old servers for which you can't be sure if they can survive reboot.

Current behavior

I'd like to have this feature too. Currently I have to manage memory snapshots using xcg-ng center.
