Use VM recommandation field #496

I had created https://github.com/vatesfr/xen-orchestra/issues/4923 after seing code about recommandations in Xenadmin, but I had supposed that those fields were visible in the templates and I haven't found anything in their definition. I probably have missed something since the field exists in the created VMs.

Example values for a Windows 2019 VM:
