feat(web-core): update heroes + add stories #7866

Description

StateHero, LoadingHero and ComingSoonHero can now be used inside a card by passing type="card" or inside a page by passing type="page"
LoadingHero has now a disabled?: boolean prop and can now take a slot which will be displayed when disabled is true
Added stories for StateHero, ComingSoonHero, ObjectNotFoundHero and LoadingHero
