Improve syntax highlighting for bash commands

What is the goal of this PR?

Improve readability of bash (CLI) commands. Improve TypeDB Console source command documentation.

What are the changes implemented in this PR?

Replace [,bash] for [source,console] and add $ at the beginning of the command line. Add an example of the source command usage in the TypeDB Console. Minor improvements to the TypeDB Console page.
