What is the goal of this PR?

To improve the formatting across the learning course by making it more consistent across lessons.

What are the changes implemented in this PR?

Restructured Lesson 11.
Added summary pages to all lessons.
Cleaned up unused files.
Updated formatting of instructions for running examples in Lessons 3-5.
Refactored older lessons to use preamble cards.
Numerous prose corrections and typo fixes.
