This interprets "radligare" as rådligare, tillrådligare.

Looking at the original scan, I actually suspect this may be "rädligare" (in now-Swedish "redligare"). Which would mesh pretty well with "bätter" (which I would interpret as the now-Swedish "bättre"). I will mull on this one for a while.

I still think the type of the letter å has a more delicate ring than the slightly rougher ä.
