Hello! Recently MMTL has been open and has an ATIS Frequency of 127.6 I'm apart of the VATMEX Team, would love to see the MMTL ATIS In action :)

I have added the airport and navaid to the nav data. I'm going to close this PR because the navaids.yaml is not formatted correctly (it looks like you inadvertently deleted all navaids except for TQO).
