[Suggestion] Omit ^ in text ATIS #141

With the new "runway readout" symbol "^" this is also added in the text ATIS. I would be nice if we could remove this from the text ATIS and use it only for the spoken version (e.g. ^25 is written as 25 but spoken as "two five").

This should be fixed in beta 14.
