ATIS not loading when METAR includes DZRA #157

The metar was following: BIRK 241200Z 14016KT 9999 -DZRA FEW027 SCT059 BKN140 16/10 Q0999

When this METAR was active the ATIS did not load, neither voice or text. When I went to the sandbox to try it out there I got the following error: An error ocurred while trying to test the ATIS: The given key 'DZ' was not present in the dictionary.

If I remove DZ or RA in the sandbox everything works fine.

With autumn/winter season coming, I can confirm this is broken...

Noticed the issue because the ATIS is silently not generated when the sandbox fails with this error.

I had this same issue appearing where "SN" was the issue

This should be fixed in beta 15.
