Current ATIS letter doesn't update in mini window #100

Version: beta.6

To reproduce:

  1. Publish an ATIS
  2. Activate the mini window
  3. Wait for the ATIS to change and you get the "ding" sound

Result: The letter starts flashing but doesn't change to the new ATIS letter Expected result: Flashing letter with the new ATIS letter
