Append "zulu" to ATIS observation time checkbox problem #109

Hello,

I tried to check "Append "zulu" to ATIS observation time checkbox problem" as ticked but doesn't worked. Then I changed it from JSON and imported, it works but that checkbox is still empty. You can see as attached.
