Voice Recorded ATIS does not get pushed #118

Thanks for the hard work! I was working on the IDS yesterday (implementing the new atisType flag) and while KOMA and KMSP are working fine (they are TTS), all of the voice-recorded ATISes don't seem to be pushing via the IDS endpoint. Changing them to TTS fixes the issue. I don't know if that is intentional?
